My Jing Monis Salon Experience

My hair, probably, would be my best asset... my crowning glory... so getting a haircut is really a little stressful for me. For years I have kept my hair long because I always felt that having it shorter won't make me look any better.

Then a few weeks back, Jo asked me if I wanted to go with her to Jing Monis Salon for some hair makeover. I gladly said yes with only one purpose: get my hair colored :) 

Jing Monis Greenbelt 1

Jing Monis Salon is located at the 3rd floor of Greenbelt 1. The place looks small from the outside but surprisingly big when you get inside. We waited for a while since the salon was jam-packed that day.

We were given our own Senior Stylist and I was assigned to Rigel. Of course he asked me what I want to be done to my hair and I just said that I want my hair colored and styled. 

Then there goes the scariest phrase: Then let's cut it shorter. 

HAHA, yep it scared me. It actually took me minutes to decide that Rigel was able to finish cutting another customer's hair. 

Finally, I decided to say YES to Rigel's suggestion. Let's cut my hair SHORT. (That was after making kulit to Jo whether I should go for it or not HAHAHA. Rigel even asked me three times if I was sure of my decision)

 Keeping that happy face on! Goodbye hair!

I felt relieved when I saw my hair blow dried. IT WASN'T BAD AT ALL... And I actually loved it!

After, Rigel colored my hair chocolate brown and did some vanilla treatment.. And here it is, my new hairstyle! How I wish I can blow dry my hair everyday to achieve this look... But still, even it's not blow dried, it looks just fine.. and I really love it! :)

Thank you Jing Monis Salon, especially to Rigel, for making my short hair so worth it! :)
